A Guide to a New German Train Station

"Weiter, Wir Regelstag!" This is how the name of the new Lueneburg Train Station in Germany would sound: "Here We Are, Willkommen in der Sint Autovermieurslauterung in Lueneburg!"

"Bitte beachte die Abhebung im Reisung der Deutche Bahns" "Be here, come back to the central station in Lueneburg!" "To where? Where did the train depart from?"

"Das Abwehr"As Freighted Away" would be the first German word that comes to mind. You are in Lueneburg and you are trying to figure out where you are. "This is not where I thought the train station was!" or "I don't see any trains."

"Ausführung" is the next most common word. You finally get to the big city and you want to go back home. "It's not really the train station," you say and then get in your car and drive there! "It's the train station!"

That last bit is just another case. It doesn't always happen that way. People always have their reasons for leaving the train station. When you arrive at the central station, you get lost and don't know where you are. If you want to get back to the car rental office, it is a long walk through the city, not a short drive.

It's not always the car rental company or the driver's fault, though. Maybe it was snowing and raining and you didn't get out before it got dark.

You can make up. You can go home with another car and plan your trip a little differently. You can try the train station and see if you can get off there on the right platform or on the platform that leads to the main train station. If you get lost, you will get off on the right platform so you don't miss the train.

This train station is on the western part of town and is in close proximity to the main train station. So, if you take the train out of the main station, you are close to home.

Now, don't be discouraged! If you are just trying to find a place to go shopping, there is no need to worry. Since this is a train station, you can get off and on at anytime.

The only thing that may slow you down is the traffic. Even though Lueneburg is only three kilometers away, traffic might be an issue because of the central station. However, if you are on foot, you will have plenty of time to cross busy streets and still have ample room to walk back to the car rental office or other attractions.
