Hans Heins

Hans Heins is a German citizen and the head of the Heinsberg real estate company in Cologne. He is also a member of the European Union and the Council of Europe. It has been suggested by some that he might be a future EU candidate for president.

Hans Heinsberg is a small town in North Rhine Westphalia, Germany, situated near to the city of Cologne. It is the official seat of the municipality of Heinsberg, which has a population of less than ten thousand people. It lies on the river Wismut, on the border with the Netherlands, around twenty kilometers from Cologne and approximately thirty kilometers from Mönchengladbahnhof. The town is also near to Cologne-Bonn Airport and the motorway N1.

Hans Heins is an active member of the local community and is involved with many projects aimed at improving the real estate and infrastructure of the area. One of them is the Heinsburg International Centre for Human Settlements (Heinsburg IV). This centre was established in 1989 as a place for people who are from Third World countries who want to live in Germany and to integrate into the culture and society of the country. The Heinsberg IV is one of the major centres for the integration of foreigners in the country. It offers a variety of educational courses in the field of social work and psychology as well as job placement services and is a host to various conferences and events.

The Heinsberg IV was founded in response to the increasing number of asylum seekers. The center was established to help these people find their way in Germany and become part of its society. There is no official record of what exactly Hans Heins's plans are for the town but according to the latest town's development plan he wants to make it more tourist friendly and open up the commercial sector to more local businesses. This will give the town a renewed sense of vitality. In fact, the Heinsberg IV is often referred to as the new Berlin or the next big thing. In the area surrounding it is already well developed with numerous shops, bars, restaurants and other businesses. He is also setting up a new shopping complex with two separate sections, one for traditional stores and the other dedicated to art galleries.
